Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Claims Representative to manage warranty claims from intake to final resolution while delivering premier customer experience. This role requires strong analytical skills and clear communication to balance accuracy, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with customers, internal teams, and service providers; document thoroughly in Dynamics 365 CRM; and create detailed work orders for technicians and vendors to optimize service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in warranty/claims or service role is a plus.
• Experience with AccuQuote and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; customer-focused.
• Clear communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle warranty claims from intake to final resolution.
• Create work orders for technicians and third-party vendors to optimize cost and service quality.
• Monitor claim progress and ensure timely, cost-effective resolutions.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and drive process improvements.
• Prepare clear communications and management reporting on claim trends.
