Job summary

Hanna Interpreting Services LLC is seeking a Warranty Claims & Quality Control Specialist to support the Talent Operations Manager. You will manage on-site dispute workflows, log claims in the CRM, and analyze data from OPI/VRI services to drive continuous improvement.

In this role you will coordinate with Scheduling and Accounting, communicate with clients and linguists, and produce routine reports on claim volumes and resolution times, ensuring HIPAA-compliant handling of sensitive information.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in claims, data analysis, or coordination in QA, customer success, or compliance.
• Strong command of CRM software and Excel/Google Sheets for data handling and reporting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with HIPAA data handling integrity.
• Ability to craft professional mass communications and spot data trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end on-site dispute workflow in CRM, logging cases and investigating issues.
• Aggregate and document daily ratings and survey data for virtual OPI/VRI assignments.
• Assist QC lead in reviewing low-rating calls and document trends to prevent issues.
• Coordinate intake with Scheduling and Accounting to gather service details and resolve actions.
• Communicate professionally with clients and independent linguists; ensure compliant communications.
• Run routine reports on claim volume, rating averages, and resolution times.
