Job summary

Jgpete is seeking a Warranty Analyst to join our team in Utah. The role involves preparing, submitting, and tracking warranty claims, reconciling schedules, and reviewing paid claims for discrepancies. You will ensure accuracy and timely processing, communicate with locations for missing information, and navigate multiple programs to complete claims.

Familiarity with Excel is expected. We offer health and dental insurance, paid holidays and PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

• Familiar with Excel and other required programs.

Responsibilities

• Learn manufacturers' policies and procedures.
• Assist other analysts as needed.
• Enter labor operation codes, failure codes and other info to complete a claim.
• Navigate required programs to find information for a claim.

Due to growth in our company we are looking for a warranty analyst. We are looking for detailed and self starter to join our team.

• The Warranty Analyst prepares, submits and track warranty claims
• Reconcile schedules for their locations
• Reviews paid claims for shortages or discrepancies
• Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the claims
• Communicate with their locations for missing information to file the claim
• Track and submit core returns to their locations
• Become familiar with the manufacturers policies and procedures
• Assist other analyst as needed
• Determine and enter the applicable labor operation codes, failure codes, causal part and/or other required information to complete claim
• Must be familiar with Xcel.
• Able to navigate around needed programs to complete/find information for a claim
