WarrCloud Inc. is seeking a Warranty Specialist to optimize warranty claims with our proprietary software. You will review complex submissions, ensure compliance, and maximize claim value while maintaining strong client satisfaction.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stay current on OEM policies, delivering precise processing in a fast-paced, remote environment across the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of automotive warranty administration experience.
• Strong technical aptitude and quick learning of proprietary software.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail on warranty terms.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Clear verbal and written communication with clients and internal teams.
• Reliable home internet and setup for a 100% remote role.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Maximization: review submitted claims and identify additional revenue opportunities.
• Intelligent Processing: use proprietary software to review, validate, and process claims with accuracy.
• Claim Optimization: analyze labor operations and terms to assign billable hours per OEM guidelines.
• Client Communication & Resolution: obtain documentation, resolve issues, and provide status updates.
• Compliance & Documentation: document all claim actions per policies.
• Financial Hygiene: reconcile dealer warranty receivables with OEM records.
• Strategic Collaboration: work with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
• Knowledge Leadership: stay current on product, OEM policies, and regulations.
