Job summary

Hanna Interpreting Services LLC is seeking a Talent Engagement Specialist to cultivate and maintain a premier network of independent linguists. You will serve as their primary success partner and advocate, bridging internal operations with external talent through community building and strategic support.

You will lead engagement campaigns, host in-person and virtual meetups, and guide talent on administrative practices to ensure timely payments and a seamless partner experience.

Qualifications

• Background in Public Relations, Marketing, Community Management, or HR, with experience managing contingent/freelance work.
• Empathetic communicator capable of building trust with a remote network of professionals.
• Comfortable mastering new software platforms and explaining workflows to non-technical users.
• Ability to analyze data (e.g., cancellation trends) and design educational campaigns to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Talent Advocacy and Community Building: liaison between linguists and internal teams; gather feedback and host events to engage partners.
• Operational Success and Systems Support: manage scheduling and payment portal, ensure eligibility, troubleshoot access and payment issues.
• Professional Standards and Quality Assurance: reinforce client expectations, ethics, and share surveys and updates with the network.
