Qualifications

• 3–5 years in warranty administration or related field.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/warranty management or service management systems.
• Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, or other enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for warranty inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders.
• Administer warranty claims from initiation through closure, including validation, documentation, tracking, and resolution.
• Process warranty-related material requests, returns, replacements, and transactions.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Maintenance, and Customer Operations teams.
• Support supplier warranty recovery with accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
• Monitor warranty claim performance metrics and status.
