Job summary

ABB in New Berlin, Wisconsin seeks a Warranty Team Lead to manage warranty cases from handoff to closure in a hybrid role.

You will coordinate with customers and internal teams, process warranty claims, returns, and labor authorizations, and work with Shipping, Production and Quality to resolve issues.

The position emphasizes clear communication, attention to detail, and collaboration across engineering and supply chain to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3+ years in customer service.
• Warranty experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, document and manage warranty cases from handoff through closure; process claims, repair and replacement requests, and labor authorizations.
• Inform customers, distributors and internal stakeholders about case status and next steps with clear, timely service.
• Create and follow up on warranty and return orders; coordinate with shipping, production, purchasing and suppliers to track fulfillment and repair or failure analysis.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, Engineering, Quality and other teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
