Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify and validate incoming warranty requests from all HTS divisions.
• Maintain a log of warranty activity and customer/manufacturer correspondence.
• Administer collection and return of defective components.
• Manage inventory used for warranty purposes and stock replacement.
• Monitor pending credits from the manufacturer.
• Oversee billable warranty charges.
• File electronic warranty claims with the manufacturer.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Show attention to detail and follow-through.
• Apply strong decision-making and critical thinking.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain ethical relationship between end-customer and manufacturer.
