Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of administrative, service support, claims processing, data entry, or related experience.
• Strong data entry and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and able to navigate multiple software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Process warranty claims per manufacturer guidelines and company procedures.
• Review orders and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Enter labor, parts, and failure data into warranty systems and OEM portals.
• Upload supporting documents, photos, and service records.
• Monitor claim status and follow up on approvals, denials, and payments.
• Communicate with service locations and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
