• Maintains records of all warranty transactions and supporting documentation.
• Reconciles warranty receivables and assists with month-end reporting.
• Stays current with manufacturer warranty policies and updates.
• Assists in resolving discrepancies related to warranty payments.
• Supports overall service department administrative functions as needed.
