Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business or 2+ years of admin experience.
• Strong MS 365 skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Warranty experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify and validate incoming warranty requests from all HTS divisions.
• Maintain an active log of warranty activity including all customer/manufacturer correspondence in Zendesk.
• Administer collection and return of all manufacturer-required defective components.
• Administer inventory items used for warranty purposes and ensure proper stock replacement practices.
• Monitor credits due from the manufacturer.
• Oversee billable warranty charges.
• File electronic warranty claims with the manufacturer.
• Exhibit strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and follow-through skills.
• Demonstrate decision-making and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication.
• Maintain an ethical relationship between the end-customer and the manufacturer.
