Job summary

Ohio Cat is seeking a Warranty Technical Analyst who will serve as a key technical resource for sales representatives and service teams. This role involves maintaining warranty accounts, processing claims for various OEMs, and conducting audits to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and prior parts or service experience are a plus.
• Outstanding planning, tracking, and follow-up skills necessary.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong diligence and ability to follow through on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all warranty accounts and ensure compliance with OEM and company standards.
• Process and maintain warranty claims for multiple OEMs.
• Lead training programs for Warranty and Service department personnel.
• Conduct audits of warranty processes to verify adherence to standards.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions to minimize risk.
