You will coordinate with service technicians to gather needed information and serve as the bridge to manufacturer warranty representatives, ensuring documentation meets all standards.

Qualifications

• Automotive service advisor or warranty claim processing experience.

• Coordinate with service technicians to obtain the necessary information for claim approvals.
• Monitor claim status and follow up on any rejected or pending items to ensure timely reimbursement.
• Maintain organized records of all service repairs and warranty documentation for future audits.
• Serve as a bridge between the service department and the manufacturer's warranty representatives.
• Review repair orders for accuracy and completeness before submission.
