Job summary

Toyota Material Handling is seeking a Warranty Analyst to adjudicate claims, support dealer networks, and drive product quality improvements with OEM and Operations teams. You will analyze warranty data, prepare technical bulletins, and train dealers and internal staff.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, familiarity with SAP/Power BI, and ability to coordinate cross-functional activities. In-person role based in Columbus area with relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree recommended.
• Experience in warranty, dealer support, quality, service operations, or a related field preferred.
• Strong customer service and dealer communication experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP, Power BI, and database experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate warranty claims and resolve dealer warranty issues.
• Communicate warranty policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Prepare technical bullets, dealer notifications, repair instructions, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate parts, labor, flat rates, repair procedures, claim setup, and system requirements.
• Work with Operations and Quality teams on field product concerns and corrective actions.
• Analyze warranty data to identify trends, quality concerns, and dealer performance gaps.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management and cross-functional teams.
• Provide warranty, and process training to dealers and internal teams.
• Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
