Job summary

Ohio CAT, a division of Ohio Machinery Co., is seeking a service coordinator to manage the work order lifecycle in a fast-paced environment. You will open work order headers, input technician hours, log service reports, and coordinate scheduling and customer requests across departments.

You should have strong computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. Prior experience in a service department is preferred, with a focus on accurate data entry and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Open work order headers and segments in Service Link.
• Enter technician times and service reports in Service Link.
• Schedule PSP/PIP work and process customer PO requests.
• Coordinate with warranty, parts, and payroll teams.
