Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Medium/Heavy Duty truck or automotive industry.
• Understand and communicate vendor and international warranty guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, code, and submit international/vendor warranty claims with proper documentation
• Ensure compliance with international/vendor policies and warranty procedures
• Assist technicians in determining covered components and failures
• Reconcile warranty receivables and post credits/chargebacks; follow up within 60 days
• Review warranty chargebacks with service manager; resubmit underpaid/rejected claims
