Job summary

Toyota Lift NW in Kent, Washington is seeking a Warranty Admin./Fleet Coordinator to determine repair scope, prioritize work orders, and communicate with technicians.

You will process warranty claims, track fleet customers in the TMH Portal, generate warranty quotes, and handle daily invoicing while delivering excellent customer service.

This full-time on-site role requires a high school diploma, basic mechanical aptitude, strong organization, and the ability to work with teams and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Clear communication with employees, vendors and customers.
• Experience in customer service and material handling environment preferred.
• Ability to operate reach-truck, stock-picker, pallet jack and pass forklift certification.
• Team player with good attendance and 5S practice.

Responsibilities

• Process Warranty claims for all TLNW brands.
• Track, process and update all Fleet Customers through the TMH Portal.
• Generate, track, and follow-up on warranty quotes according to technician’s service recommendations.
• Process and invoicing of customers generated work orders on a daily basis.
• Provide excellent customer service by fielding customer inquiries both on phone and in person.
• Assist in resolving all customer complaints/issues; elevate to District Service Manager if needed.
• Act as a backup to dispatcher.
• All other work duties as requested.
