Job summary

Toyota Lift NW in Kent, Washington, is seeking a Warranty Admin./Fleet Coordinator to determine the scope of repair or maintenance work, prioritize work orders, and communicate with technicians.

Responsibilities include processing warranty claims, tracking fleet customers through the TMH Portal, generating quotes, invoicing, and delivering excellent customer service; reports to the Service Administration Manager.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent is required.
• Basic mechanical aptitude is essential.
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to shift priorities in a changing environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with employees, vendors and customers.
• Prior customer service experience in material handling/industrial equipment is preferred.
• Ability to operate reach-truck, stock-picker, pallet jack and pass forklift certification.
• Be a team player with good attendance.
• Practice 5S process.

Responsibilities

• Process Warranty claims for all TLNW brands.
• Track, process and update all Fleet Customers through the TMH Portal.
• Generate, track, and follow-up on warranty quotes according to technician's service recommendations.
• Process and invoicing of customers generated work orders on a daily basis.
• Provide excellent customer service by fielding customer inquiries both on phone and in person.
• Assist in resolving all customer complaints/issues; elevate to District Service Manager if needed.
• Act as a backup to dispatcher.
• All other work duties as requested.
