• Proficiency in scheduling, multi-line phone management, records management, and payments.
• Proven customer service skills; ability to maintain composure with high-volume client relations.
• Strong communication skills, including active listening and conflict resolution.
• Comfort with handling animals of varying sizes and temperaments.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients and patients, verify and update records, and confirm appointment details using practice management software.
• Answer and manage a multi-line telephone system, respond to inquiries about scheduling, refills, vaccination records, and hospital information.
• Process payments, post charges, explain invoices, and schedule follow-ups.
• Communicate medical information compassionately, including end-of-life discussions.
• Maintain EMR records and data entry in PIMS.
• Coordinate with veterinarians, technicians, and staff to relay client communications and manage patient flow.
