Mission Pet Health is seeking a Receptionist to join our Parker, CO team. You’ll manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients warmly, and help coordinate care and payments. You’ll maintain records, schedule appointments, and support a smooth hospital operation.

You’ll educate clients on preventative care and services, acting as a compassionate partner in pet health while staying organized in a busy, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and a love for animals.
• Excellent communication and the ability to handle stressful situations with good judgment.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset with ability to work independently as needed.
• Experience with veterinary software is preferred; flexible schedule including some weekends.

Responsibilities
