Mission Pet Health in Wheat Ridge seeks a friendly, detail-oriented receptionist to join our veterinary team. You will manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with compassion, and help coordinate patient care while handling appointments and transactions.

Ideal candidates are passionate about animals, have strong communication and organizational skills, and are comfortable with flexible hours including some weekends and holidays. Experience with veterinary software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a compassionate attitude.
• Coordinate care: maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions.
• Advocate for pet health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services to ensure every pet receives the best care.
• Demonstrate empathy and professionalism, providing a calming presence for clients and treating each pet with care.
