Together Women's Health, a partner practice of Women's Health Consulting, is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our growing team at two Chicago locations. The role focuses on delivering warm, professional patient service in person or by phone.

The Receptionist will greet patients, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and use the EHR system to support visits. Prior medical office experience is preferred; new graduates from receptionist programs are welcome.

Qualifications

• 1 year medical office experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Detail oriented with ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly at two locations.
• Update and verify patients' insurance information.
• Utilize the EHR system to register patients and facilitate visits.
• Assist with scheduling future appointments and referrals as directed by providers.
• Verify insurance eligibility for billing to third-party vendors.
• Collect co-pays and deductibles as directed by policies.
• Answer the appointment line and manage email appointment requests.
• Schedule appointments at office sites or diagnostic departments.
