Polished– General & Cosmetic Dentistry in Bedminster, NJ is seeking a Front Desk & Patient Experience Associate. You will be the first face and voice patients encounter, greeting warmly, answering calls, and scheduling appointments in a fast-paced, friendly setting.

This hourly role offers a supportive team, opportunities to grow within the practice, and competitive pay between $20 and $22 per hour, with a schedule Mon-Thurs 8:30-5:30, Fri 8:30-3, and no weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing or administrative experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with scheduling systems and basic office software.
• Highly organized with ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with warmth and professionalism as they arrive
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries with a helpful, friendly demeanor
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments using practice management software
• Manage the front office and waiting area to ensure a tidy, comfortable environment
• Collect patient intake forms and ensure accurate data entry
• Handle check-in/check-out processes, including copay collection
• Offer beverages to patients and support a calm, welcoming atmosphere
• Coordinate with dental assistants and doctors to ensure smooth patient flow
• Assist with light administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry
