Northland Endodontics is seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist to be the welcoming first contact for patients and a key support for daily operations. This part-time role focuses on professional patient interaction, scheduling, billing, and records management in a fast-paced dental practice.

The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and compassionate, with 1+ year of dental front office experience and proficiency with dental software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of dental front office experience.
• Professional, compassionate, detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and maintain a welcoming, professional environment.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; manage provider calendars.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain pre-authorizations.
• Process payments, bill appropriately, and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
• Coordinate patient flow and provide administrative support as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality.
