Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a healthcare or dental setting preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and patient billing processes.
• Familiarity with dental software and Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors/patients; answer phones; schedule, verify, and confirm appointments.
• Explain procedures and services to patients using dental knowledge.
• Present financial policies and collect co-pays; verify insurance coverage as needed.
• Handle mail, scanning, and other clerical tasks; maintain end-of-day reports and financial quality control.
• Track appointments affected by no-shows, cancellations, or late arrivals.
