Job summary

Performance Team in New Jersey is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations in our on-site facility. You will supervise 20+ workers, manage inventory, inbound/outbound scheduling, and coordinate safety procedures to ensure on-time, accurate shipments.

The role requires a high school diploma (GED) or equivalent, experience in inventory control, and strong leadership. Pay ranges around $60,000–$65,000 per year, with benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory control preferred.
• Knowledge of cycle counting and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities
