Job summary

Performance Team in New Jersey seeks a full-time Warehouse Supervisor to oversee ordering, receiving, storing and shipping activities. You will coordinate operations, assign tasks, track inventory accuracy, and ensure safety procedures are followed to meet customer metrics.

The ideal candidate has GED or equivalent, prior supervisory experience in warehousing, and the ability to lead a team of 20+ employees. This on-site role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience supervising 20+ warehouse employees.
• Strong inventory control and cycle counting skills.
• Ability to plan inbound/outbound schedules to meet metrics.
• Commitment to safety procedures and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of inventory adjustments – cycles, physicals and audits.
• Assist with Inventory Control and maintain accuracy.
• Maintain computerized records of inventory.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate variances.
• Review inbound appointment logs and open order reports daily.
• Plan inbound and outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Determine staffing needs and schedule staff accordingly.
• Assign workers to duties based on workload and shipping schedules.
• Update operational procedures and ensure understanding by the team.
• Track productivity and evaluate performance by individual and department.
