Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of warehouse distribution experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational, prioritization, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities in assigned areas (shipping, receiving, selection, loading, storage).
• Schedule and assign work to associates to meet workload, productivity, and safety goals.
• Maintain KPI-related reports and ensure health, safety, cleanliness, and security of the workplace.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and communicate changes in procedures.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and train staff on processes and procedures; manage staffing and performance development.
