Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years warehouse distribution experience preferred.
• One year supervisory or lead experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organization, prioritization, problem-solving and decision-making.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Proven leadership and training abilities; interact with all management levels.
• Flexible hours based on business needs.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word).
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities in shipping, receiving, selection, loading, and storage.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve distribution center issues.
• Schedule work and manage staffing to balance workload, costs, and safety.
• Maintain KPI reports and ensure health, safety, cleanliness, and security.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and government regulations.
• Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of equipment; report issues.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate updates to associates.
• Support training and development of associates and lead team.
• Assist with labor relations administration if needed.
• Travel requirements vary by assignment.
