Job summary

SpartanNash is seeking a Manager of Warehouse Training to lead the deployment of a comprehensive training experience across our Byron Center warehouse. You will partner with Operations Leadership to drive engagement, elevate performance, and ensure sustainable training initiatives.

Responsibilities include developing programs, coaching trainers, and leveraging data to measure impact. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, HR, Organizational Development or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of high volume warehouse experience.
• 1+ years of training experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop warehouse training programs to improve performance.
• Apply adult learning principles to coaching sessions.
• Standardize site-specific training across the facility.
• Identify training needs via data analysis and observations.
• Coach and mentor trainers; monitor performance.
• Collaborate with field training to implement best practices.
• Analyze training impact and drive improvements.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
