Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, HR, Organizational Development or related field preferred, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of high-volume warehouse experience.
• 1+ years of training experience, with adult-learning knowledge.
• 2+ years in a leadership role with influence.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop training and coaching activities to raise facility performance.
• Apply adult learning principles and coaching to elevate skills.
• Lead site-specific training programs and standardize execution.
• Analyze training impact using data and adjust as needed.
