You will mentor new hires, track progress, and ensure OSHA compliance while supporting continuous improvement. This role reports to the RFC Operations Manager and involves hands-on training with forklifts, RF scanners, and the WMS.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading warehouse training or similar roles.
• Ability to train staff on safety protocols and SOPs.
• Experience with OSHA compliance and warehouse equipment.

Aufgaben

• Develop and deliver training programs for onboarding, equipment operation, safety procedures, and SOP compliance.
• Maintain training records and track employee progress.
• Provide hands-on training for warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and WMS.
• Train employees on inventory control, shipping/receiving, order picking, packing, and staging.
• Collaborate with supervisors to identify training needs and skill gaps.
• Support continuous improvement through retraining, coaching, and process education.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies and quality standards.
• Mentor new hires during onboarding and develop training materials.
