Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Training Supervisor to design and coordinate training programs for location associates, covering safety, tasks, equipment operation, and leadership development. You will track completion and support onboarding, onsite and virtual training, and maintain training records at the site.

You will help develop strategic training plans, ensure policy compliance, and work with cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively and sustain a culture of safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR 4 years of distribution center/warehouse operations experience.
• 2 years administrative experience such as data processing and scheduling.
• 1 year of handling confidential staff information and employment compliance data.
• 1 year in a cross-functional team with exempt and non-exempt staff.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Proven safety compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate training programs for location associates (safety, tasks, equipment).
• Track completion of training programs and support onboarding and onboarding materials.
• Maintain all physical training documents and records at the location.
• Plan and support associate onboarding and training; distribute work items.
