Job summary

NOTS Logistics in Lebanon, TN is seeking a Warehouse Trainer to provide instruction and onboarding for new hires and assigned associates. The role focuses on developing staff, reviewing work instructions, and ensuring task competency through evaluations while upholding HR and safety policies.

You will lead training on warehouse processes, equipment safety including powered industrial trucks per OSHA 1910.178, and drive teamwork and continuous improvement in a fast-paced distribution environment.

• Provide instruction, develop staff, mentor and motivate staff, individually and as a group.
• Understand and support diversity.
• Maintain a professional manner while keeping a positive attitude.
• If trained on Powered Industrial Trucks, must meet OSHA standards 1910.178.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and training to New Hires and all assigned associates.
• Review Work Instructions applicable to your department with New Employees.
• Ensure employees are competent at their Job Task via Competency Evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with HR and Safety Policies.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
• If training on Powered Industrial Trucks, meet OSHA 1910.178 standards.
• Conduct audits in Repack and Order Fulfillment when New Hire Training isn't taking place.
