Job summary

Attindas Hygiene Partners in Greenville, NC is seeking a Warehouse Training Coordinator to lead and administer the site’s training systems. You will manage relationships with area managers, develop robust training programs, and drive safety and skill improvements across the warehouse team.

The role focuses on optimizing training for efficiency, safety compliance, and workforce development, reporting to the Warehouse Manager on a Monday–Friday shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in a Warehousing environment with demonstrated training system implementation and improvement abilities.
• Ability to use Windows, Oracle and other databases.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping standards.
• Interact with area managers and team members to enforce policies.
• Develop and manage the Attindas Hygiene Partners Training Program to improve skills and efficiency.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to support warehouse training and safety initiatives.
• Define and measure people capability across processes using training data and dashboards.
• Deliver technical training and leadership development with subject matter experts.
• Orient new employees and provide classroom training before they join the shift.
• Partner with safety to develop safe work instructions and hazards awareness.
• Maintain training department metrics and document processes.
