Job summary

NOTS Logistics in Lebanon, TN seeks an Operations Manager to lead warehouse operations, safety, and client service. Oversee inbound/outbound, staffing, and continuous improvement to maximize efficiency and accuracy. Lead with strategic thinking and hands-on execution to build strong teams and long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Associate's degree + 5+ years supervisory experience in a similar setting or 7+ years supervisory experience.
• Military experience equivalent considered for relevant roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, and order fulfillment.
• Lead safety programs and ensure OSHA/DOT compliance and audit readiness.
• Build and manage high-performing teams; recruit, train, and evaluate staff.
• Drive process improvements to maximize efficiency and accuracy; oversee inventory control and WMS integration.
