NOTS Logistics, LLC is seeking a Training & Development focused professional to provide instruction and onboarding for new hires and assigned associates. The role emphasizes reviewing procedures, evaluating competencies, and upholding HR and Safety policies while fostering a positive, professional environment.

You will train teams on daily floor activities, ensure task competency, and support supervisors with staff development and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training to new hires and staff
• Ability to review and explain Work Instructions to employees
• Capability to conduct Competency Evaluations and document results

Responsabilités

• Provide instruction and training to New Hires and associates in their department
• Review Work Instructions with new employees and ensure task competency
• Ensure compliance with HR/Safety policies and OSHA standards where applicable
• Conduct audits in Repack and Order Fulfillment when training isn’t taking place
• Support supervisors by training, mentoring, and motivating staff
