Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Branch Trainer in Katy, TX to ensure efficient order deliveries and to train new hires across the warehouse.

You will mentor staff in productivity, quality, safety, and Medline Core Values while coordinating with management on daily operations and safety initiatives. The role requires leading training across shifts and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Medline team member with 12+ months in their position.
• Experience leading warehouse teams; English proficiency; SAP & Catalyst proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Train new hires in first several months to meet quality and productivity standards.
• Motivate and retrain low performing team members to expected standards; provide feedback.
• Coordinate with Supervisor/DO to maintain productivity and offer improvements; give feedback and motivation.
• Train and mentor team members in productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values.
• Help maintain a safe work environment; promote safety culture through team meetings and activities.
• Perform all warehouse duties daily; ensure inventory accuracy and perform across the facility.
• Aid and lead branch team members in shipping, replenishment, receiving, dock, etc.
• Communicate effectively with branch management on daily operations.
• Be flexible with schedule and respond to training needs across shifts/departments on short notice.
