Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee actions and activities of all Warehouse Operators; monitor progress and delegate tasks.
• Promote and enforce Medline safety, operational, and procedural policies.
• Train Warehouse Operators on policies and procedures.
• Audit and ensure accuracy of all inventory transactions and ERP entries.
• Stage raw materials and process material requisitions in ERP.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain housekeeping and perform general maintenance on material handling equipment.
• Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
