Job summary

Medline is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor in Texas. You will oversee daily warehouse administration, including receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and ensure procedures are followed accurately.

Lead and coach staff to maintain productivity, quality, and safety while aligning with Medline Core Values. You will mentor team members, support hiring decisions, and coordinate with customer service to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• At least 3 years warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/sit for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily administration and operation of the warehouse, overseeing receipt, storage and shipment of materials.
• Direct and supervise warehouse staff and provide guidance on productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve warehouse-related issues and maintain safe work environment.
