Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Branch Trainer (Project Management) to ensure accurate order deliveries while operating warehouse equipment and relocating products as needed. The role centers on training new hires, mentoring staff, and supporting safe, efficient warehouse operations across shifts.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, leadership experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP and Catalyst, with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Current team member with 12+ months in their current role.
• Performance rating of 3.0 or higher on the latest evaluation; top performers preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and navigate multiple warehouse areas.
• Proficient reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Train new hires in the first several months to meet quality and productivity standards.
• Motivate and retrain underperforming team members with coaching and feedback.
• Coordinate with Supervisor/DO to maintain productivity and provide improvement ideas.
• Train and mentor staff in productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values.
• Support a safe work environment and reinforce safety culture through meetings and activities.
• Perform daily warehouse functions and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Assist and lead branch team members in shipping, replenishment, receiving, and docking.
• Communicate effectively with branch management about daily operations.
• Be flexible with schedule to cover training across shifts and departments.
