Job summary

Medline is seeking an experienced warehouse supervisor in Katy, TX to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure compliant processing, packaging, storage and reporting of materials. You will lead staff, ensure safety, and optimize procedures to protect equipment and space utilization.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years supervising staff in a warehouse and a high school diploma or equivalent, with an Associate’s degree considered a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• At least 3 years warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee the daily operation of the warehouse including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment.
• Ensure overtime is maintained within budget allotted and oversee receipt, storage and shipment of materials and related reporting.
• Audit goods received into warehouse and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coach and mentor team members in productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values.
• Ensure routine paperwork is completed on time and accurately.
