You will oversee transactions in ERP, conduct cycle counts, and manage housekeeping and equipment like Reach Trucks and forklifts, while identifying and correcting operational inefficiencies to sustain productivity.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2 years experience in a Manufacturing or Production environment
• Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Basic knowledge and use of hand tools
• Sound decision-making skills
• Good math, reading, writing skills
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
• Strong troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor and delegate tasks to Warehouse Operators
• Promote and enforce safety, operational, and procedural policies
• Train Warehouse Operators on policies
• Audit and monitor inventory transactions in ERP
• Perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy
• Operate Reach Truck, Walkie, Cherry Picker, and Fork Lifts safely
• Maintain housekeeping and floor safety
• Escalate and resolve operational inefficiencies
