Job summary

The role requires at least 2 years in a Manufacturing environment, a High School Diploma, and strong communication and mechanical skills. You will operate reachable equipment and contribute to housekeeping and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• The Warehouse Lead will supervise the actions and activity of all Warehouse Operators and monitor progress.
• Promote and enforce Medline safety, operational, and procedural policies.
• Responsible for Warehouse Operator training related to these policies.
• Audit and monitor inventory transactions, including receiving reports and stock moves, for accuracy.
• Stage raw materials in production locations and manage material requisitions in ERP systems.
• Operate floor cleaning equipment and maintain housekeeping of assigned areas.
• Perform cycle counts to ensure raw materials and finished goods accuracy and update ERP transactions.
• Operate and maintain material handling equipment (Reach Truck, Walkie, Cherry Picker, Fork Lifts).
• Handle other duties as assigned by the Manager.
