Job summary

Medline Industries, Inc. is seeking a Branch Trainer to ensure efficient and accurate order deliveries while operating warehouse equipment to move and locate product.

The role includes training new hires, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a safe, productive warehouse environment. The candidate will lead team members across shifts, mentor staff in productivity, safety, and Medline Core Values, and coordinate with management on daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current team member with 12+ months in position and top performance.
• Experience with warehouse operations and machinery; proficient in SAP & Catalyst; English reading/writing speaking.

Responsibilities

• Train new hires in first months to meet quality and productivity standards.
• Motivate and retrain underperforming team members with feedback and tools.
• Collaborate with Supervisor/DO to maintain productivity and offer improvement ideas.
