Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Branch Trainer (Project Management) to guide warehouse operations and ensure accurate order deliveries while safely operating equipment.

The role emphasizes training new hires, coaching team members, and coordinating across shifts to sustain productivity, quality, and adherence to Medline Core Values within the branch facility. The trainer will also lead safety initiatives and support branch leadership in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Train new hires to meet quality and productivity standards.
• Motivate and retrain underperforming team members.
• Collaborate with supervisors to maintain productivity in warehouse operations.
• Train and mentor staff in productivity, quality, safety, and Medline Core Values.
• Contribute to a safe work environment and safety culture through team meetings.
• Perform warehouse duties and ensure accurate inventory across the facility.
• Assist in various areas (shipping, replenishment, receiving, dock).
• Communicate effectively with branch management about daily operations.
• Flexible scheduling to cover multiple shifts and departments.
