Job summary

ID Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to manage their team’s activity and organize work to meet objectives. The role emphasizes compliance with internal processes, safety rules, and customer specifications, while leading the team and driving performance.

You will plan and monitor daily operations, coordinate with the customer, supervise health and safety practices, and push continuous improvements. Previous leadership experience in logistics is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• A-level to 2 years of higher education or equivalent experience.
• Training in transport, logistics and management.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in a team leadership function.

Responsibilities

• Plans, manages, and coordinates teamwork with clear objectives and expectations.
• Communicates road map and final goals, knowing team members' motivations to inspire.
• Sets up periodic briefings for communication, monitoring and measurement of activity.
• Provides feedback and coaching; ensures staff stay at required levels and trains as needed.
• Promotes process improvement and internal innovation within scope.
• Scales workforce and equipment to meet volume forecasts and supervises operations.
• Maintains regular communication with the customer and coordinates special requirements.
• Applies health and safety rules and procedures locally in their area.
• Monitors KPIs and initiates corrective actions with operational management.
