JD Logistics US is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to support supervisors and directly lead a small group of associates in daily operations, including receiving, picking, and packing. The role is ideal for someone ready to step into leadership or grow a career in logistics.

You will assist with labor planning, train new team members on SOPs, safety, and process efficiency, and ensure order accuracy while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience; prior team lead or unofficial leadership experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and support flexible scheduling.
• Familiarity with scanners or WMS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of associates in one or more warehouse functions (receiving, picking, packing).
• Assist with labor planning and workflow coordination.
• Train new team members on SOPs, safety, and process efficiency.
• Monitor order accuracy, report issues, and escort when needed.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Responsible for warehouse safety management and conducting regular safety inspections.
• Identify and report potential safety hazards.
• Perform daily inspection and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment (conveyors, sorting equipment, pallet jacks, forklifts).
• Monitor warehouse floor operations and ensure employees follow safety rules and work discipline.
