Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; logistics certification a plus.
• Experience with WMS and inventory management.
• Minimum 2 years in warehouse operations; 1 year in supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and lead a team of warehouse associates in daily operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods.
• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, storage, and inventory control.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and training to improve team performance and adherence to company policies.
• Oversee the movement and storage of goods within the warehouse, ensuring efficient use of space and resources.
• Enforce warehouse safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Provide safety training and ensure all team members are aware of safety protocols and the correct use of equipment.
• Work with the Warehouse Manager to implement continuous improvement initiatives and best practices for workflow optimization.
• Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities, including shipments, receipts, and inventory transactions.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
