Job summary

Your role includes regular performance tracking and cross-functional coordination with operations and the client. The position requires leadership experience, transport/logistics training, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in a team leadership function.
• Training in transport, logistics and management.
• Not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and manage workload to meet defined objectives.
• Plan, monitor, and communicate roadmaps, goals, and team expectations.
• Coordinate routine communication to track activity and achieve targets.
• Ensure health and safety rules are applied and procedures followed.
• Provide feedback and training to team members as needed.
• Analyze performance and drive continuous improvement actions.
